We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our growing Product Marketing function. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll oversee a team of Product Marketing Managers and a project manager, serving as the strategic voice of Product Marketing across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, refining product messaging, and ensuring our marketing efforts translate into measurable business results.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with execution, and is passionate about connecting product value with customer needs.
About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative Marketing organization that spans Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Communications, Events, and Design. The team’s mission is to craft and share our brand story — helping employers, partners, and individuals understand the impact of our solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing professionals, fostering growth, ownership, and alignment around shared goals.
- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels and audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and track key objectives (OKRs) for the Product Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment with broader company goals.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, including product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on headcount and resource planning, ensuring the team is equipped to meet ambitious objectives.
- Champion collaboration and communication, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and driving consensus across departments.
- Oversee high-quality deliverables, serving as an editorial voice to ensure all materials are on-brand, compelling, and impactful.
- Lead strategic planning for Product Marketing on a biannual basis, ensuring the function stays agile, data-driven, and aligned with market needs.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, supporting integrated campaigns and global market expansion.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing leadership, including managing and developing a team.
- Background in healthcare, digital health, or workplace benefits strongly preferred.
- Proven success in B2B environments, with close collaboration across sales, product, and enablement functions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages.
- Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and using data to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
