Social Media Manager

We are a brand new jewellery company, looking to onboard someone to takeover our social media accounts, to help grow our followers and create some amazing content, which reflects our amazing products!

The ideal candidate will be an individual who has a keen eye for aesthetic, is clued up on all the latest social trends and apps, as well as someone who is also comfortable on and off the camera.

You will be reporting to the founder who is currently leading the social, but would like to step away and give full ownership over, so they can concentrate on other areas of the business.

There are also 2 other Social Media Assistants on the team, who are currently interning whilst at University, who's primary focus is on UGC and Tiktok, so opportunity to show leadership and guidance across the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a role that is so new, you really can make a huge impact and take ownership over your own work, along with the trust and guidance from your mentor and founder.

We are open to various backgrounds, as long as you have a passion and knowledge for all things social and jewellery!

Whilst the role is currently unpaid, we hope as the business develops this could turn into a full time paid position, amongst other company benefits like free samples and the opportunity to work remotely with flexible unset hours that suits your own schedule.

As long as you hit your targets and KPI's in terms of posts per day, we are happy for you to do this alongside any other commitments you have and you will be working alongside a small and friendly team, who is hear to appreciate and support you!

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy.
• Create original eye catching content.
• Grow followers to generate leads and sales.
• Reach out to influencers for gifting opportunities.
• Run ads and boost posts.
• Feedback data analysis and metric reporting.
• Focus on the Instagram account (whilst working across Facebook & Tiktok also).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Experience working with Canva & other video editing tools.
• Owns a decent mobile camera or professional digital/ film camera.
