Appointment Setter (Full-Time, 100% Remote — Australia Only)Location: 100% Remote (must be based in Australia)

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (AEST)

Compensation: $45,000 base salary + 3% commission on cash collected

Average Monthly Earnings: ~$7,000

Bonuses: $500 team performance bonus each month

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and reliable Appointment Setter (SDR) to join a fast-growing education company.

You’ll be the first point of contact for warm inbound leads — engaging with people who have already expressed interest. Your goal is to qualify prospects and book them into Zoom calls with the sales team.

This position is fully remote, but applicants must be Australian citizens or residents due to employment benefits such as superannuation, paid sick leave, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads through calls and follow-ups (no cold outreach)
  • Make an average of 150 dials per day and book 10 qualified calls daily
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they’re the right fit for the program
  • Manage leads and communication through Close CRM and GoHighLevel
  • Collaborate with the sales team via Slack
  • Maintain accurate notes, call logs, and follow-up sequences
  • Support a smooth handoff to the closing team

Performance Targets

  • 150+ dials/day
  • 10 qualified bookings/day
  • Sales cycle: 5–10 days
  • Average deal size: $8,000

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $45,000/year
  • Commission: 3% on cash collected
  • Bonus: $500 monthly team bonus
  • Expected total monthly earnings: ~$7,000 (base + commission + bonus)
  • Includes superannuation, sick leave, and annual leave entitlements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Must be an Australian citizen or resident
  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement
  • Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and CRM management skills
  • Motivated by performance metrics and sales targets
  • Available to work standard AEST (Sydney) hours
