We're Hiring a DM Messenger/Setter | Join the EMPOWHER Team ✨

Remote | Part-Time (25+ hrs/week)

Starting pay: $15/hr (with growth to $16–$20/hr based on performance)

About Us:

EMPOWHER is a female-only coaching company on a mission to become the biggest and most empowering health and fitness brand for women. Founded by Katie Neeson, who personally overcame struggles with body image, confidence, and yo-yo dieting, our goal is to help ambitious women aged 30–60 finally feel like a 10/10 — without the boring diets or endless hours in the gym.

Our coaching packages (6–12 months minimum) teach women how to lose weight and keep it off for good — prioritizing real results, mindset shifts, and sustainable habits.

What You’ll Do:

Message and nurture leads and schedule sales calls via social media DM's

Hours:

Schedule needed is 5am to 10am PST

Weekends needed

We're looking for an appointment Setters provide an exceptional first impression on our behalf through DMs. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place through our phone dialing software.

Duties

  • Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
  • Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
  • Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
  • Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Must have experience as a setter
  • Must have social media experience
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience in sales is a plus
