Remote | Google Ads | Meta Ads | 7 European Markets | Mid/Senior
EDIMO is looking for an experienced PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist who wants to do more than just manage campaigns.
We operate across 7 European markets, combining e-commerce and lead generation, and we're looking for someone who can take real ownership of performance - from campaign strategy and execution to testing, optimisation and scaling.
And one thing is important to us: AI-first mindset.
We don't expect you to do something manually just because that's how it's always been done. We want someone who actively looks for smarter ways to work with data, automation and AI.
What you'll be responsible for
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across 7 European markets
- Managing and optimising Meta Ads
- Working with both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Campaign structure, bidding strategies and budget allocation
- Performance analysis and identifying opportunities for growth
- Testing audiences, creatives, ad copy and landing pages
- Working with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
- Cooperating with our marketing, e-commerce, creative and IT teams
- Improving ROAS/POAS, CPA and overall marketing efficiency
- Scaling what works and identifying quickly what doesn't
We don't want someone who waits for a task list.

AI is part of the job
For us, being AI-driven doesn't mean occasionally opening ChatGPT.
We're looking for someone who actively explores how AI and automation can make performance marketing faster, smarter and more effective. You don't need to know every AI tool available.
But we do expect the mindset: “Can this be done better, faster or automated?”
What we are looking for?
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC / performance marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Ability to connect campaign metrics with actual business results
- Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation
- English sufficient for working in an international environment, Slovak - native speaker, C1 level
- Google Merchant Center & product feeds
- GTM / server-side tracking
- Looker Studio / BigQuery
- Google Ads Scripts
- Meta Conversion API
- AI tools and automated workflows
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries
