ROLE SUMMARY
EB London is building a British-only luxury platform that champions exceptional UK-made craftsmanship (furniture, lighting, art, and gifting). We require a hands-on, commercially-minded marketer who can set direction and execute across performance, CRM and partnerships — without compromising brand standards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Social media strategy + delivery: channel plan, content calendar, posting cadence, community management, reporting.
· Paid social: Meta/Instagram (and others as relevant), creative testing, audiences, tracking, optimisation, budget discipline.
· Email marketing: flows + campaigns, segmentation, list growth, deliverability, revenue attribution (Klaviyo preferred).
· SMS/text marketing: compliant flows, targeting, conversion-focused messaging, reporting.
· Affiliate / partnerships: creators, publishers, interior design community, commission structures, partner activation.
· Support wider marketing as required: SEO basics, landing pages, collaborations, referral programmes, PR support.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 60-90 DAYS)
· Measurement set-up is clean (GA4, pixels, UTMs, dashboards) and decisions are data-led.
· A repeatable creative/testing engine is running weekly for paid social.
· Email + SMS automation flows are live and improving (welcome, browse, abandon cart, post-purchase, VIP).
· Brand-safe content cadence aligned to EB London’s ‘quiet luxury’ positioning.
· First affiliate/partner relationships are active and producing qualified traffic.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Proven experience in e-commerce growth marketing (paid social + CRM) with evidence of results.
· Comfortable operating in a start-up: you execute directly, prioritise ruthlessly, and move fast.
· Strong judgement for premium/luxury positioning (no ‘salesy’ discount spam; brand-safe tone).
· Confident with tools: Meta Ads Manager, GA4, email platform (Klaviyo preferred), basic creative briefing.
· Able to communicate clearly with founders and external freelancers (design, dev, content).
COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES
As an early-stage venture, EB London cannot match corporate salary levels today. We offer a fair base aligned to experience, plus performance incentives against agreed KPIs. For the right person, there is a clear upside: working directly with the Director to build a cross-border luxury business, with the intention of adding profit-sharing/uplift following our first investment round for sustained high performance. This is not an entry-level role.
