We work closely with artists and labels to turn data into growth, while keeping processes clear, organized, and artist-friendly.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Spotify Ads.
• Launch, monitor, and adjust campaigns for music releases, content promotion, and audience growth.
• Set up targeting, budgets, creatives, and placements based on campaign goals.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, streams, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
• Test creatives, audiences, and formats to continuously improve results.
• Prepare short performance updates and insights for the internal team.
• Work closely with our content and artist teams to align ads with release strategies.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Spotify Ads experience is a strong plus).
• Understanding of paid ads for music, creators, or digital products.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
