Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant – 6 Month Contract + ExtensionsFully Remote | Commercial Financial Services Transformation | Australia-Wide Talent Considered

Supporting a boutique digital advisory firm delivering a major Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformation for a commercial financial services organisation in Western Australia

You will play a key role in designing and delivering core customer lifecycle processes across:

• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Complaints & Service Management
• Leads & Opportunities
• Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ)
• Sales, Service, Marketing across a full CE landscape
• Out-of-the-box configuration, solution design, best-practice patterns
• Collaboration with BAs, Testers, Integration, and Architecture
• Working in a mature Azure + MuleSoft integration environment

This environment is highly collaborative, modern, OOTB-first, CIJ-led and commercially focused.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Strong experience designing customer journeys, lifecycle processes and CIJ/Marketing automation
• Power Platform skills: Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate
• Dataverse modelling, relational data design, and real-world solutioning
• Strong analytical capability and ability to challenge business requirements
• Comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage programmes
• Commercial background strongly preferred

Environment & Team

• 6-month contract with high likelihood of extension
• Fully remote (Australia-wide considered)
• Small, elite delivery squad: BAs, Integration, Enterprise Architect, and Solution Architect
• Focus on quality, clean design, best-practice, and proactive thinking
