DuSol Australia is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join our remote team. If you’ve successfully grown social media channels — whether for yourself, a brand, a client, or within any industry — we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands the pulse of social platforms, and thrives on turning strategy into results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry trends and audience insights to inform content strategy
• Come up with fresh, engaging content ideas and create briefs for filming/editing
• Work closely with editors to ensure high-quality, on-brand content
• Review and give clear, actionable feedback throughout the production process
• Track performance metrics and use data to continuously improve content output

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven experience growing social media accounts — whether personal or professional, in any industry
• Has a strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
• Is an organised communicator and proactive collaborator
• Can work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
