🚨 Founding Growth Partner (Equity & Revenue Share Role)
Creative Agency | Early Stage | No Salary | 3-Month Trial
We’re building a lean, creative-first agency—and we want this to feel more like a co-op than a hierarchy. We’re not after just another closer. We’re looking for a third builder—someone serious about growth, client acquisition, and long-term ownership.
Right now, we’re two founders:
• One focused on design, delivery, and systems
• One focused on business development, while also pushing forward other ventures
We’re now ready to bring on a Growth Partner who can take full ownership of outbound, client acquisition, and scaling our pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Build and execute outbound strategy (email, LinkedIn, tools of your choice)
• Set up and manage CRM + sales pipeline
• Lead discovery and sales calls
• Help refine our offer and positioning through real market feedback

• Remote-first (UK/EU timezones preferred)
