Creative Agency | Early Stage | No Salary | 3-Month Trial
Weâre building a lean, creative-first agencyâand we want this to feel more like a co-op than a hierarchy. Weâre not after just another closer. Weâre looking for a third builderâsomeone serious about growth, client acquisition, and long-term ownership.
Right now, weâre two founders:
⢠One focused on design, delivery, and systems
⢠One focused on business development, while also pushing forward other ventures
Weâre now ready to bring on a Growth Partner who can take full ownership of outbound, client acquisition, and scaling our pipeline.
Responsibilities:
⢠Build and execute outbound strategy (email, LinkedIn, tools of your choice)
⢠Set up and manage CRM + sales pipeline
⢠Lead discovery and sales calls
⢠Help refine our offer and positioning through real market feedback
