The Role
The Chief Marketing Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and market leadership across digital and enterprise channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic leader who can scale demand generation, elevate brand positioning, and build a modern marketing infrastructure aligned with revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s integrated marketing strategy to accelerate growth and customer adoption.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including demand generation, digital marketing, brand, content, communications, and product marketing.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market initiatives with pipeline and retention goals.
- Lead a distributed marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creativity in a remote-first environment.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and guide strategic investment decisions.
- Represent the brand externally at conferences, media opportunities, and thought leadership forums.
Ideal Candidate
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including experience at the VP or CMO level within FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services.
- Proven success scaling marketing functions in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance channels, and revenue attribution.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional storytelling and brand-building skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams and agency partnerships.
- Comfortable operating in a confidential, fast-changing, growth-stage environment.
