Job Description

Posted on: August 14, 2025

Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world! About The Role In this role, you’ll work with marketing and sales teams to strengthen Dragos’s brand, generate new business, and grow existing customer relationships through a mix of public relations, digital and in-person activities and campaigns. You'll also collaborate with marketing and regional leadership to own and implement all EMEA marketing activities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, you’ll play a key role in refining the EMEA go-to-market strategy to ensure efficient and scalable growth. Location: This is a remote position based in the UK, requiring flexibility in schedule to accommodate international time zones. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an EMEA wide marketing strategy for YoY pipeline and business growth.
  • Build and deliver agile regional programs to enhance brand awareness, grow new and existing pipeline, and strengthen customer loyalty across EMEA.
  • Own and manage the regional budget as part of the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure alignment across teams and support the EMEA sales organization in achieving business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on EMEA marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments.
  • Work with the Director of Partner Marketing to support and enhance channel partner and reseller relationships, driving strategic activities aligned with regional objectives.
  • Identify and manage local marketing agencies as needed, providing clear direction and expectations.
  • Stay informed on EMEA market trends and adapt programs accordingly to ensure relevance and impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a history of building influential relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Agile decisionmaker with the ability to adapt in real-time without the need for extensive coaching.
  • Experience working for both larger and smaller organizations within cybersecurity and/or the software industry preferred.
  • Understanding of the marketing landscape, practices, and customs across EMEA, with a focus on the UK, DACH, and Middle East regions.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing marketing strategies and tactics that align with both regional and global business goals.
  • Hands-on experience managing programs in the UK, DACH and/or Middle East, and identifying and working with local agencies to execute sub-regional strategies.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset, the ability to anticipate challenges, and a keen eye for detail in both written and verbal communication.
  • Availability to travel up to 15%.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: £115,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits plan
