The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Technology (MarTech) Product Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on website platforms, headless CMS, and marketing operations tools.

This role is pivotal in enabling the marketing team to move faster, operate smarter, and deliver measurable impact. You will own the MarTech stack roadmap, define success metrics for technology investments, and ensure the seamless connection of our website, content platforms, CRM, analytics, and campaign tools.

You are not expected to code but must deeply understand how marketing tools integrate, how CMS platforms work (especially headless CMS like Webflow, Framer, Croct, Storyblok), and how these choices affect marketing agility and performance.

ResponsibilitiesMarTech Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own and define the MarTech product roadmap, aligned with marketing and business priorities.
  • Lead platform selection, with a strong focus on headless CMS solutions (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Croct, Storyblok) and marketing site architecture.
  • Evaluate and recommend CMS strategies — including a potential move from legacy platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) to modern headless systems.
  • Balance build vs. buy decisions for MarTech tools with clear success metrics (lead time, efficiency, cost).

Website Platform Management & CMS Strategy

  • Lead MarTech initiatives related to website stack — ensuring marketing websites are scalable, performant, and easy to manage by content teams.
  • Work with design and marketing teams on Webflow/Framer-managed sites, driving site improvements without heavy engineering dependency.
  • Define requirements for website migrations, CMS integrations, and content workflows.
  • Ensure SEO, tracking, and performance standards are baked into CMS/platform decisions.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the project manager and primary point of contact for MarTech initiatives — from scoping to delivery.
  • Translate marketing goals into platform and technology requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — marketing, growth, design, tech, and vendors — ensuring aligned execution.
  • Maintain transparency through clear reporting on project timelines, risks, and success criteria.

Analytics, Data Integrity & Measurement

  • Own the integrity of marketing data flow across platforms — CRM, CMS, attribution tools, analytics.
  • Ensure proper integration of analytics platforms for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing technology effectiveness.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with MarTech vendors, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Own the MarTech budget — ensuring efficient spend and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or Marketing Technology Manager.
  • Proven experience managing marketing platforms and website CMS tools — especially Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, or other headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing headless CMS and website technology stacks.
  • Solid understanding of web publishing workflows, SEO basics, analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Solid understanding of CRM solutions like HubSpot, email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong project management skills with a bias toward action and delivery.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities with business impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), web personalization platforms (e.g., Croct), and no-code tools.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, performance tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Exposure to Webflow CMS API, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of website performance optimization and web governance.

Details

  • Fully remote based in Europe (preference for Portugal/Spain)
  • Working hours must overlap with both IST and EST time zones
  • Salary: $65k-$80k USD (€56k-€69k EUR), depending on experience and location

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work from the comfort of your home
  • Eligibility for employee equity plan (stock options)
  • Reimbursement package for home office expenses and professional development, up to $1.5k
  • Health insurance premium reimbursements, up to 75% for you and your family
  • Generous time off policy of 21 days (birthday included 🎉), 8 holidays of your choice, and 2 paid volunteer days
  • Wellness program with fitness and mindfulness classes
  • Love your work and our mission of serving nonprofits!
