We're a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofits amplify their impact through strategic paid media campaigns. We specialize in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and Google Ad Grants for mission-driven organizations.

The Role
You'll be 100% accountable for paid media campaigns and client relationships in your portfolio. This role combines strategy, execution, and communication, not just running ads.
What You'll Do
Strategy
- Translate client goals into specific, measurable campaigns
- Anticipate monthly reporting needs and plan for month-over-month progress
- Think holistically about account performance, not just individual tasks
- Set goals that keep clients engaged and excited
Execution
- Build and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ad Grants campaigns
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Manage budget pacing to hit monthly spend targets
- Troubleshoot account issues (low spend, tracking problems, conversion failures)
- Drive month-over-month progress
Communication
- Keep clients informed and engaged so they rarely have to ask for updates
- Share monthly reports, mid-month check-ins, and milestone updates via video and email
- Manage client expectations and build excitement for future work
- Use video updates frequently to maintain strong relationships

Requirements
Must Have:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), you're client-facing
- Quick learner who can problem-solve independently
- Based in US or Canada
Nice to Have:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing experience
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Nonprofit sector background
No experience required. If you're smart, resourceful, and communicate well, we'll train you.
Training & Support
You'll receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from the founder. We'll teach you our systems, processes, and how to excel with nonprofit clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000/year
Performance Bonuses: Up to $30,000/year
- Paid quarterly
- First bonus eligible after 6 months
- Based on client retention and portfolio revenue managed
Total OTE: Up to $90,000/year
PTO: 15 days per year (accrued), plus 8 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
Work Hours: Flexible schedule with 60% of hours during 8 AM - 5 PM MT for client availability
Fully Remote (US & Canada only)
