Social Media AI Content Creator

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media AI Content Creator who can combine strong social instincts with modern AI-enabled workflows to produce high-performing content at scale.

This role blends creative execution and performance thinking. You’ll create and ship social content consistently, support paid social execution, and use analytics to improve what we publish. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, content, and marketing teams, and you’ll be comfortable presenting insights internally and externally.

Must be an expert in the following:

1. Create social content across formats: short-form video concepts, carousels, static posts, story/reel scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs using AI Tools and working with designers and video editors.
2. Use AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining strong brand voice, originality, and quality (ideation → drafts → refinement → variations).
3. Build and maintain a content pipeline: monthly themes, weekly plans, daily execution, and rapid-turnaround content when needed.
4. Drive measurable results from the assets you create. Engagement for Organic posts and conversions of ad creatives.
5. Repurpose long-form assets (blogs, case studies, webinars, podcasts) into high-performing social content.
6. Execute and optimize organic social publishing for client accounts: planning, scheduling, community-minded posting, and iteration based on performance.
7. Ensure each account follows clear brand guidelines (tone, voice, visuals) and platform best practices.
8. Collaborate with design and content teams to brief assets, refine creative direction, and ensure deadlines are met.
9. Work with tools like n8n, Google Veo, Sora, and Runway (including others) to create high performing Social Media content for our clients.
10. Work with internal senior leadership & clients to enable AI-first content workflows
11. Turn content produced from AI into high-quality, client-ready deliverables

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work from 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Create organic & paid social content calendars in coordination with the design team
2. Set up social media campaigns on various platforms and optimize performance
3. Work with the social media team, provide ongoing training, and team improvements
4. Perform channel audits
5. Develop comprehensive social media strategies
6. Assist in sales pitches and on client calls
7. Create and present monthly reports with KPI’s
8. Superb English speaking and copywriting skills
9. Driven to get results and grow with the agency
