Senior Digital Strategist

Defiant Digital is growing at an incredible pace, and we are hiring a Senior Digital Strategist to lead a pod with 10 brands alongside a dedicated creative strategist.

7 years old with over $100m+ in adspend managed for some of Australia's biggest brands, Defiant is on a mission to build the World's most effective creative performance agency.

This role is crucial, as it requires you to wear many hats, execute as an individual contributor end-to-end, as well as collaborate directly with your clients and team as the main point of contact.

The perfect candidate has:

• 5+ years experience in a performance marketing agency

• Demonstrable experience with brands spending 100K+ per month on ads

• Cross channel media buying expert across Meta & Google is a must

• Expert level data analysis skills & highly experienced with GA4

• CRO mindset with the ability to audit and identify bottlenecks in a funnel

• Have a great understanding of Klaviyo and Email/SMS as a whole and how it drives funnel performance

• Has non-traditional opinions about growth

• Is motivated by money and performance

What you’ll do:

• Directly setup, manage & optimise cross channel campaigns on Meta, Google & TikTok

• Act the main point of contact for your pod of 10 clients

• Report to your clients weekly on all KPI's and progress towards targets

• Maintain high levels of communication with your clients & team within slack to drive growth initiatives forward at all times

• You will set the strategy & execute on it with the support of a creative strategist who is consistently putting high performing ads creatives on your plate for launching and testing

• Make CRO recommendations to your clients to improve conversion rates throughout their entire funnel, pre & post click
