Marketing Coordinator (Part Time - 20 hours)

This is a fully remote part-time (20 hours a week) contract position through July 2026.Overview

• The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to marketing teams by managing campaigns, schedules, and deliverables. This role focuses on coordination, communication, accuracy, and organization to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage multiple APP marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain and coordinate campaign calendars and schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support marketing activities
• Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and marketing materials
• Assist with report generation and presentation preparation
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to marketing team operations

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines concurrently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and coordination
• High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality of marketing materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially:
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Smartsheet (Preferred Proficiency)

Compensation

• $20.00 - 26.53 (hourly)
