Marketing Executive – 9-month fixed term maternity cover - B2B Tech - Dutch speaking

For this 9-month fixed term maternity cover contract we’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help drive our growth across Northern and Western Europe. This role is ideal for a Dutch speaker with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution in the B2B tech or cybersecurity space.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in expanding our brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and improving marketing performance. Working across multiple markets which will require travel to our BELUX and Netherlands regions once or twice a month, you’ll:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, SEO, PPC, events)
• Create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters)
• Manage and update our website and social media platforms
• Support lead generation and nurturing in collaboration with sales
• Coordinate events and webinars across our regions to engage prospects and clients
• Leverage vendor relationships and Market Development Funds (MDF)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Use marketing automation and analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content, email, social)
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics
• Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Team player with strong project management skills

Bonus Points

• Degree or professional marketing qualification (Level 4+) in Marketing or communications field
• Experience with PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies
• French speaker
