Director of Marketing Operations - MedTechLocation: Remote, US.

CSG are partnered with a high growth, PE backed MedTech manufacturer, seeking a senior Marketing Operations leader to build and own the execution engine that enables scalable growth to help elevate the business to the next level.

This role is responsible for translating marketing, channel, and portfolio strategy into repeatable execution, measurable outcomes, and disciplined systems with ownership of HubSpot and analytics for the business, working as part of a wider Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot for all marketing use cases, including segmentation, workflows, campaigns, sequencing, attribution, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales Operations assuring alignment while maintaining marketing system integrity and independence.
  • Establish disciplined governance around marketing technology usage, prioritizing optimization and ROI.
  • Operationalize customer segmentation across DSOs and Standard Offices based on maturity, opportunity, and growth levers.
  • Translate channel and segment strategy into repeatable marketing and education execution frameworks.
  • Sales team enablement with structured, segment-specific marketing and education playbooks.
  • Create and own a performance measurement framework across marketing campaigns, events, education programs, and portfolio initiatives.
  • Establish regular reporting cadences that inform decision-making at the executive level.
  • Own governance of the company website and related digital properties.
  • Ensure product launches, pilots, education initiatives, and strategic priorities are accurately and consistently reflected across digital channels.
  • Act as the operational counterweight to strategy and innovation leaders across Marketing, Professional Education, and Digital Innovation.
  • Translate strategic direction into executable plans, timelines, workflows, and system-supported programs.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and agencies with clear direction, accountability, and performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in Marketing Operations within the Medical or Dental industry.
  • Hands-on ownership of HubSpot in a complex B2B environment with multiple segments and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience building segmentation logic, workflows, execution frameworks, and reporting models.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Education, and senior leadership without being subsumed by any single function.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Experience transitioning organizations from consultant-led execution to internal ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.

The role is a remote position in the US, with regular travel required to the company HQ
