The Company:
Corporate Tools is a privately held, debt free, growing company. We don’t answer to shareholders or investors. Because of this, we focus on taking the time to provide solutions for our clients, not maximizing profits for shareholders. As an Employer, we recognize that you’ve been gracious enough to give us a lot of your week. We want to respect that time commitment and be able to provide you with a job that you enjoy coming to and a work schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We think if we put our best foot forward when trying to take care of our team, that they will in turn take care of our clients.

Job Summary:
Are you continually fascinated with storytelling, offers, positioning, and Von Clause means something to you? Don’t worry. We’ll ask you to check your hipster flywheels and funnel speak at the door. This is Corporate Tools after all. We do it a little different here. We didn’t read the books, let alone follow them. So that should interest you if you’re crazy enough to apply here.
We’re looking for someone who thinks end-to-end. You’ll look at the entire customer journey, from the ad and audience to the messaging, landing page, signup form, and everything that happens after. You should be comfortable spotting where things go sideways, whether we’re reaching the wrong people, saying the wrong thing, or making the journey harder than it needs to be, then using metrics to make it better. Most importantly, you’ll genuinely want to understand the customer, connect the dots, and improve the experience from first impression through conversion and beyond, creating customers who become advocates for our brands.
This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT.
