We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive and execute digital marketing campaigns for a growing international digital platform.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that digital activities are impactful, data-driven and continuously optimized to support growth objectives.

⚡ About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, skilled and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing initiatives across multiple markets in Europe and the UAE.
The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and practical execution, with a focus on building an impactful, measurable and continuously optimized digital presence.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.
The role reports to the Global Marketing, Branding and Digital Director and requires approximately 20%–30% travel.
As part of an international corporate team 🌍, you will have the opportunity to directly influence digital growth, drive performance and contribute to strategic business objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
💡 Develop and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy covering SEO, paid media, website optimization, content marketing and analytics.
💰 Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
📊 Own and manage the digital marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, tracking expenditure and optimizing investments.
🤝 Develop and oversee content strategies across websites, email marketing, social media and other digital channels.
🚀 Optimize website performance through SEO, landing page improvements and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
⚖ Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
🛠 Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered marketing solutions and digital innovations.
📈 Manage marketing databases and automation programmes to improve engagement, lead nurturing and customer journey effectiveness.
👥 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
🌍 Support the adaptation and optimization of digital marketing strategies across diverse international markets, including Europe and the UAE.
💡 About You
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within technology, e-commerce, fintech, travel, healthcare or another fast-growing international sector.
You bring strong expertise in:
• SEO
• Paid Media
• Performance Marketing
• Digital Analytics
• Digital Strategy
• Conversion Optimization
You have proven experience in content creation, audience engagement and brand positioning.
You are proficient with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• CRM platforms (such as HubSpot)
• Marketing Automation Tools
You possess a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
You are highly organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and thrive in collaborative, international settings.
Professional fluency in English is required. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
You are comfortable working across cultures and adapting strategies to different audiences and markets.
Experience working across Europe and the UAE, or within complex international organizations, will be highly valued.
