Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (Ref:sBWa5)

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand, growth, and market strategy, driving RSight®’s next phase of innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Position the brand and product with clear differentiation in competitive markets
• Build and manage a marketing roadmap prioritizing high-impact initiatives

Hands-On Execution

• Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Implement GEO-targeting campaigns to reach the right audiences in key regions
• Build a content-led growth engine
• blogs, pillar pages, guides, tools, videos
• Own SEO, paid acquisition, email nurture, and marketing automation
• Design landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization strategies
• Set up analytics, tracking, and dashboards to measure ROI and pipeline growth

Growth & Scaling

• Increase website traffic, qualified leads, and conversion rates using modern marketing tactics
• Launch go-to-market campaigns for new products and geographies
• Build, mentor, and scale a small marketing team as the company grows

Requirements

• Proven experience building marketing from scratch at a B2B SaaS startup
• Demonstrated ability to scale organic traffic significantly via content and SEO/GEO
• Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, including writing pillar pages, setting up analytics, running A/B tests, and designing landing pages
• Deep understanding of SEO/GEO, keyword research, pillar-cluster strategy, and backlinks
• 5-10 years of experience marketing to businesses, especially HR buyers
• Comfortable working alone for extended periods, executing all tasks without delegation
• Resourceful and capable of thriving in ambiguity and startup chaos
• Fluent in English at a native or C2 level
• Experience with long sales cycles and freemium/trial models
• Proficiency in French or Romanian for local markets is an advantage
