Social Media & Community Coordinator

This is a full time remote role open to US-based applicants only.

Reports to VP Marketing & Growth

A confidential supplement brand is looking for a Content & Community Manager to own organic social, creator partnerships, and community engagement. This role is responsible for building a scalable content engine that strengthens brand, grows reach, and supports performance marketing.

What You’ll Own:

Organic Social & Content

• Own organic social strategy across IG & Tiktok
• Develop and manage content calendars
• Establish repeatable formats, hooks, and series
• Analyze performance and optimize with a data driven approach

Creators, Influencers & Affiliates

• Identify and manage nano- and micro-creators
• Assist in influencer gifting, seeding programs, and PR efforts
• Coordinate UGC content for paid media needs
• Track creator performance against KPIs

Community Engagement

• Manage daily engagement across platforms (comments, DMs)
• Nurture brand community and loyalty
• Surface qualitative insights from the community

Who You Are:

• 2–3+ years in content, social, or community roles for direct to consumer brands
• Deep understanding of short-form video platforms
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Strong copy and storytelling instincts
• Organized, proactive, and self-directe
• Must be comfortable on camera
