🚀 Your Role

As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who are data-driven, creative, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Conduct SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.

Monitor and analyze performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI).

Collaborate with the global team on creative, content, and strategy.

Implement A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.

Excellent communication in English (Spanish is a plus but not required).

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
