We're seeking a visionary Chief Technical Officer to drive our technical strategy and shape the future of blockchain. Role Overview Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Technical Officer will lead Coin Factory's global technical vision, overseeing the development, security, and scalability of our blockchain platforms, token ecosystem, and GMaaS offerings. You'll manage engineering teams, drive innovation, and ensure our technology aligns with business goals in the fast-evolving crypto landscape. Requirements Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for Coin Factory's token portfolio, GMaaS, and products like CoinLoan, CoinMiner, and RankingGame.
• Lead engineering teams to build secure, scalable blockchain solutions using technologies like Ethereum, BNB, or Solana.
• Oversee the development of smart contracts, APIs, and decentralized applications (dApps) for tokens like MGC, RealEstate, and RZUSD.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity and compliance with global crypto regulations (e.g., KYC, AML).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
• Drive innovation in areas like DeFi, play-to-earn gaming, and asset tokenization.
• Manage the tech stack, optimizing for performance, cost, and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable blockchain or financial systems generating $10M+ in value.
• Expertise in blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger), smart contract development (Solidity), and crypto infrastructure.
• Strong experience leading global engineering teams in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, and gaming ecosystems (e.g., play-to-earn, metaverse).
• Exceptional strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to align technical and business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or blockchain certifications preferred.
