Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Virtual GoHighLevel Assistant with Advanced Skills at Coach Launch. This is NOT suitable for someone who is just starting to learn GHL. We are looking for someone who is an expert with advanced skills and can use their knowledge and expertise to help us build out our systems and processes in GHL as fast as possible. They will be expected to provide guidance and expertise in setup and build-out, and then assist in building out our "event engine" which enables our clients to scale their businesses onto the online virtual stage using our "Event Engine" that removes the tech overwhelm.

Tasks include but are not limited to process and workflow frameworks, implementing best practice scenarios, creating SOP's, using AI, creating email workflows, setting up voice AI and conversation AI and continually tweaking the system for improvements.

Duration

• Initially full time contract for 4-6 weeks with a view to extend as needed.
• Potential for full-time contract ongoing engagement for the right candidate with proven expertise and output.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within GoHighLevel platform.
• GHL Experience including workflows, snapshots, conversation AI, voice AI and automations.
• Understanding of and effective use of AI GPT / other GPT tools.
• Certified GHL status desirable.
• Preferred experience in coaching, consulting, or expertise in a related field
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to strategize and implement business growth plans
• Experience in scaling businesses or helping others scale their business
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Working Environment

• Will be connected via Google Meet/Whatsapp call streaming with directors during work time to ask questions or be directed as per the daily tasks or workflow.
• Remotely connect into a secure work computer via Splashtop where all appropriate software and systems are available for work collaboration.
• Must have a stable internet connection with backup connection/power when necessary.
