About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Web Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance. This role focuses on improving user experience, site speed, and conversion rates through data insights and technical optimization 🚀📈

This position is available for both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, load speed)

🌐 Analyze user behavior using analytics tools

⚡ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (e.g., page speed, responsiveness)

📈 Provide insights to improve UX/UI and conversion rates

🧪 Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments

💻 Work with developers to implement optimization strategies

📢 Support SEO performance and website visibility improvements

📝 Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or related field

💼 Experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or performance analysis (preferred)

💻 Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools

⚡ Understanding of website performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, page speed, etc.)

📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

🧠 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web technologies is a plus

📌 Attention to detail and data accuracy

🤝 Good communication and teamwork skills
