The Role

As our Marketing Lead, you’ll define and implement Circular Design’s marketing and communications strategy — with the goal of attracting more purpose-driven clients and building strong brand visibility. With a dedicated SEO specialist on board, your focus will be on strategic campaigns, compelling storytelling, and consistent content creation across all channels.

• Develop and implement our overall marketing and communications strategy, focusing on visibility, audience growth, and client acquisition
• Lead the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, both organic and paid 
• Act as a key point of contact in the lead generation process – engaging with potential clients, holding discovery calls, and guiding them through our service offering
• Develop and own our content strategy, spanning social media, email marketing, blog writing, events and brand communications
• Take charge of creating regular content – including social posts, email campaigns, case studies, newsletters, campaign messaging, and landing pages
• Implement and maintain our brand voice, making sure it authentically reflects our mission and values
• Oversee campaign performance, analyse impact, and adapt strategies based on real-world data and insights
• Collaborate across the team to deliver cohesive, engaging, and impact-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, communications and growth strategy (digital agency experience a big plus)
• Proven ability to engage with clients confidently — from initial discovery calls to onboarding
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development is a strong plus
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools
• Confidence in both strategy and execution – you know how to plan and how to deliver
• A creative, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, ideally with experience in purpose-driven messaging
• An understanding of design, branding, and digital trends
• Passion for social impact, sustainability, and human rights
