Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Certainty’s digital marketing strategy across social media, video, onboarding, and brand initiatives. This is a fully remote, national position supporting loan officers across the country.

This role blends creative content production with marketing coordination and administrative support. While video creation and editing are a core component of this position, responsibilities extend beyond video into social media management, onboarding support, analytics, and brand growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Video Creation

• Create, edit, and organize professional video content for educational, promotional, and recruiting initiatives.
• Edit short-form and long-form video optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Ensure video content is captioned, formatted, and compliant with brand standards.
• Support loan officers with basic video guidance and best practices.

Social Media Management

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with company campaigns.
• Manage and schedule content across corporate social media platforms.
• Support brand awareness, engagement, and consistency across channels.
• Assist loan officers with establishing, updating, and optimizing their professional social media profiles.

Loan Officer Onboarding Support

• Assist with marketing onboarding for new loan officers.
• Ensure new hires are properly set up with approved branding, profiles, and marketing tools.
• Serve as a point of contact for basic marketing-related questions.

Marketing Administration & Analytics

• Respond to loan officer marketing inquiries and provide guidance on available tools.
• Track content usage, campaign activity, and engagement metrics.
• Assist with reporting and data analytics for leadership review.
• Maintain organized digital libraries for videos, graphics, templates, and marketing assets.

Brand & Compliance Coordination

• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand standards and mortgage compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate internal approvals when required.
• Support consistency across all digital marketing touchpoints.

Event & Team Support (as needed)

• Assist with select company or sales-related events.
• Capture photo or video content when appropriate.
• Support post-event content organization and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content roles.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable tracking metrics and summarizing performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving marketing trends.

Compensation

Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
