Our client, a leading provider of innovative financial technology solutions, is seeking a Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support our enterprise marketing initiatives. This role will serve as a key operational partner to our Enterprise Marketing team, managing campaign workflows and leading the coordination and execution of enterprise event strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage campaign project workflows and timelines, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams and external partners
* Support the planning and execution of enterprise events, including industry conferences, customer forums, and sales-led activations
* Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and business development to keep projects aligned with enterprise priorities
* Track and report on campaign and event performance metrics, surfacing key insights to improve impact
* Assist in the development and distribution of campaign and event materials, including creative briefs, speaker logistics, and promotional content
* Help maintain shared campaign calendars and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across teams
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
* Strong proficiency with project management tools, with Wrike experience preferred
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Required Skills/Experience:
* Campaign planning and execution experience
* Event planning experience
* Experience working in the payments-fintech software space (a bonus, but not required)
* Experience working with sales teams
Other Skills:
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and move quickly with limited direction
Important Notes:
The interview process will be virtual, consisting of two rounds. The first round will be with two peers, and the second round will be a final interview with the Hiring Manager, lasting 30 minutes. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
