Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Job Description

BX Studio is seeking a client-facing SEO Specialist with expertise in both SEO strategy and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, optimization techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will be responsible for crafting and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth, while managing projects end-to-end, ensuring that client goals are met. This role requires close collaboration with our content, marketing, and development teams, and we’re looking for someone passionate about using SEO to support client success in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a client-facing SEO expert, regularly communicating progress, results, and recommendations to clients.
• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
• Link Building: Implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to drive data-backed insights.
• Project Management: Oversee SEO projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into various workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep our clients’ strategies competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketing role with a track record of successful SEO projects and client management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex SEO concepts to clients and team members.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing SEO projects, including setting goals, tracking progress, and delivering results on time.
• Adaptability: Familiarity with A/B testing and other performance testing methodologies is a plus, along with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to industry changes.
