The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly qualified Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all channels. This includes content strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and digital engagement. We are seeking a self-directed, execution-oriented individual with a strong understanding of B2B or service-based marketing — ideally with experience in real estate, consulting, or a similarly relationship-driven industry.

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, overseeing internal and external contributors, and continuously optimizing efforts for reach, engagement, and conversion. You’ll have both the autonomy and support to build and scale marketing programs that make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Growth
  • Drive audience expansion across platforms — especially email and social — through consistent content, engagement initiatives, paid campaigns, and organic growth strategies.
  • Content & Distribution
  • Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars. Source insights from the team, clients, and industry trends to create and share high-quality, engaging content across channels.
  • Service & Demand Marketing
  • Launch and optimize campaigns that promote our services, including lead generation initiatives, email sequences, landing pages, and inbound strategies.
  • Brand Presence
  • Maintain and elevate our brand through newsletters, updates, thought leadership, social media presence, and website content. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality storytelling.
  • Campaign Expansion
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives such as welcome campaigns, audience segmentation, SEO, PR efforts, paid media, and workflow automation to drive greater visibility and ROI.
  • Creative & Vendor Management
  • Oversee relationships with contractors and vendors such as designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing platforms. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B service marketing, ideally in professional services, real estate, or similar sectors.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong eye for design and messaging, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRMs, email platforms, CMS tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • A track record of measurable marketing success, such as audience growth, lead generation, or campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
