Type: Full-Time 

Salary: Total package up to $146,150 p.a. (base from $100,000 to $130,000 + 12% super + $1,200 phone/internet allowance)

The Role 

We’re hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to help drive the next phase of our growth journey. Reporting directly to the Founder and General Manager, you’ll work on our company’s key priority: growing ARR and market share. 

This is a senior role aimed at someone who can roll up their sleeves and deliver end-to-end growth, from campaign ideation to execution. You’ll focus on generating marketing qualified leads and driving long-tail account-based marketing efforts to support our strong sales function.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own execution of campaigns across webinars, events, partner programs, and digital channels 
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline 
  • Design and deliver memorable experiences at industry conferences and events across Australia and New Zealand (and beyond) 
  • Collaborate with partners to strengthen Payble’s brand and build industry demand 
  • Drive engaging content initiatives, including video concepts, webinars, and digital assets 
  • Oversee marketing operations technology (Hubspot, Webflow, lead scoring, A/B testing, etc.) 
  • Execute account-based marketing activities to engage executive-level buyers 
  • Report on marketing performance and continuously optimise for results 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, spanning product marketing, events, and growth initiatives 
  • Proven experience successfully marketing SaaS products to executive buyers (CFOs, senior decision makers), with financial sustainability or productivity themes 
  • Strong experience delivering webinars (content, presenters, promotion) 
  • Hands-on experience preparing for physical conferences and creating “wow” factor booth experiences 
  • Partner marketing exposure, including enabling SaaS partners and resellers 
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with video editors/animators 
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Webflow, A/B testing, lead scoring, and related tools 
  • A self-starter with a natural competitive streak and ability to deliver results 

Bonus Points For 

  • Experience in finance, fintech, financial services or customer experience products 
  • Previous exposure to local government or public sector customers 
  • Track record of scaling marketing in start-up/scale-up environments 
  • A portfolio of successful campaigns across both digital and physical channels
