Role Description
This is a performance-driven, commission-only role. We don’t just ask you to hunt; we provide you with the qualified lead lists to ensure your time is spent on closing, not just prospecting. Your primary goal is to take warm to cold prospects from initial contact to signed agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
Close Deals: Manage your pipeline and close sales for our web and digital service packages.
Consultative Selling: Clearly communicate our value proposition to prospective business owners.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track progress and follow-ups.
Coordinate: Work with our internal team to ensure a seamless handover for new client onboarding.
Compensation & Perks
Uncapped Earning Potential: High commission structure (20–30% per project). With average project values of $2,500, you can earn between $500 – $750 per closed deal.
