The Opportunity
Slyletica is a brand-building company. We've helped launch over 1,000 product brands and generated more than $120M in client revenue. We work with founders across apparel, beauty, pet, lifestyle, and consumer products to turn ideas into successful ecommerce brands.
We're growing our sales team and hiring Appointment Setters to qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book strategy calls for our Brand Launch team.
This is a fully remote, 100% commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people, and want to be rewarded based on performance rather than hours worked, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll receive training, scripts, systems, and ongoing coaching. Your role is simple: start conversations, qualify prospects, and book quality appointments for our closers.
The Responsibilities
• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Qualify prospective clients using Slyletica's sales framework.
• Book qualified strategy calls into our sales team's calendar.
• Confirm appointments and minimise cancellations and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes.
• Follow up with leads who have previously enquired.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Who You Are
You're confident speaking with people and enjoy building rapport quickly.
You don't need years of experience, but you do need resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
You're comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and being accountable for results.
Most importantly, you're motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
What You Bring
• Experience in appointment setting, SDR, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence handling objections and asking qualifying questions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience booking appointments in a high-ticket sales environment.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working remotely.
• Experience selling coaching, consulting, ecommerce, or digital services.
