You will be part of a collaborative marketing team of five, working closely with product owners and colleagues across the organisation to deliver campaigns that make a real difference. From boosting brand awareness to generating leads and strengthening member relationships, your work will inspire action and connect more people to our purpose creating safer, healthier, and more positive workplaces.

How you will make an impact

• Deliver targeted email marketing and marketing automation campaigns using Marketo, from scheduling and segmenting lists to reporting and recommending improvements
• Write engaging marketing copy to promote our products, services, and position in the market
• Maintain and update content on the British Safety Council website (Umbraco CMS)
• Support data management tasks including profiling, cleansing, and sourcing new data lists
• Manage lead capture and tracking in Salesforce, monitoring campaign success, ROI, and outcomes
• Work with Marketing Managers to produce on-brand collateral that reflects key messages
• Provide content marketing support across all revenue streams and campaigns
• Build strong relationships with suppliers including digital agencies, printers, and designers
• Support the day-to-day running of the marketing function, including raising POs, tracking spend, managing stock levels, and monitoring the marketing inbox

What we are looking forEssential

• Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
• At least two years’ marketing experience, with a solid understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong copywriting, proof-reading, and communication skills
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo) and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills, including research and data segmentation
• Competency in MS Office suite and Canva
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce, Umbraco, Hootsuite, GA4, SEO related tools
• HTML/CSS editing and email template design skills
• Part CIM qualification and/or Membership
• Budget management experience
