About the job:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to join our Marketing Department and lead the tracking, optimization, and strategic planning of our campaigns across all digital channels.

Your responsibilities would include:

➤ Creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.).

➤ Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Internal tools, and other technological solutions.;

➤ Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs;

➤ Scaling campaigns to maximize ROI;

➤ Conducting competitors and Market research;

➤ Doing A/B testing (CTR, Conversion, etc.);

➤ Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and branding;

➤ Stay updated on digital trends, new tools, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition;

➤ Conducting competitor analysis, market trend research, and identifying new channels and growth opportunities;

➤ Staying up to date with emerging marketing technologies, ad formats, compliance, and marketing practices in the iGaming sector;

➤ Implementing email marketing campaigns.

Does This Sound Like You?

➤ Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.

➤ Experience working with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other Social media ad tools;

➤ Have experience in the fields of CRO, PPC, CTOR, Social listening, e-mail marketing, retargeting, and audience targeting.

➤ Excellent understanding of digital funnels, tracking, and performance optimization;

➤ Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools;

➤ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian;

➤ Desire to learn new things within an ever-changing and innovative environment;

➤ Strong hands-on experience in managing CPM and PPC campaigns;

➤ Solid understanding of social media and content performance metrics.

➤ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising;
