Influencer Manager Role
Job Description
Posted on: December 14, 2025
About the Role
We’re hiring Influencer Marketing Contractors to support high-volume, campaign-based influencer programs.
This is not influencer management.
You will not be managing creators long-term or acting as talent agents.
Instead, you’ll be responsible for executing structured influencer marketing campaigns using our systems, tools, and SOPs.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is highly organised
- Works well with systems
- Can manage multiple conversations efficiently
- Is comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
Time Commitment & Schedule
- 6 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Plus Saturdays: 4 hours
Saturday work is intentional — influencers are most responsive on weekends, and this allows us to maintain momentum and avoid conversations going cold.
Sunday is always off.
Compensation
- Contractor role
- Monthly compensation range:$2,500 – $3,300 per month, depending on experience and performance
- Paid monthly
Compensation is reviewed based on:
- Output quality
- Reliability
- Speed of execution
- Ability to work independently within our systems
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Each contractor is assigned a fixed cohort of influencers (approximately 40–60 at a time).
You will fully own that cohort end-to-end, including:
- Influencer outreach (email / DM, depending on campaign)
- Responding to inbound replies
- Follow-ups and negotiation
- Sending contracts
- Coordinating onboarding
- Tracking deliverables
- Updating campaign progress in our internal systems
If an influencer is in your cohort, you own it until completion.
Tools You’ll Use
You’ll be trained on and expected to work within:
- Smartlead (outreach & inbox management)
- Airtable (campaign tracking)
- Slack (internal communication)
- Notion (SOPs & documentation)
- PandaDoc (contracts)
- Viral.app (for results tracking)
All systems, templates, and workflows are provided.
Communication Structure
- You do not communicate directly with clients.
- All client communication is handled by the Head of Influencer Success.
- You will provide daily internal updates via automated summaries.
Your role is execution — not client management.
Daily Expectations
Each day, you are expected to:
- Work through your assigned influencer cohort
- Keep conversations moving
- Follow SOPs precisely
- Update campaign status accurately
- Flag blockers early (ghosting, delays, issues)
You’ll submit a daily auto-summary outlining:
- Influencers contacted
- Replies received
- Contracts sent/signed
- Content scheduled or delivered
- Any blockers or risks
Performance Standards
We value:
- Speed with accuracy
- Clear ownership
- Attention to detail
- Consistent follow-through
- Proactive problem-solving
This role works best for people who:
- Enjoy operational work
- Like structured processes
- Take responsibility seriously
- Don’t need constant supervision
Why This Role Works Well
- Clear expectations
- Defined ownership
- Strong systems
- No client pressure
- Scalable workload
- Opportunity for long-term collaboration as we grow
