Compensation: $2,000/month for up to 10 hours per week
Bonus: Performance bonus available for achieving marketing goals and generating high-quality leads
Availability: Must be available for management overlap, usually between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can help us build a stronger marketing engine for both BoostedCRM.com and Nex.Tech.
Role Overview
We are hiring a senior, hands-on marketing manager who can create, manage, and improve marketing campaigns across paid ads, email marketing, SEO, AEO, AIO, social media, landing pages, and website conversion.
This is not a junior role and not just a vendor-management role. We need someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and work with designers, WordPress developers, PHP developers, and other team members to achieve marketing goals.
The right person should be able to review our current marketing, build campaigns, improve messaging, manage ads, improve website conversion, track results, and help us generate better-quality leads.
This role can grow into a larger leadership position, including Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, or CMO-level responsibility as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads
Microsoft/Bing Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram
Social media ads
Retargeting campaigns
Lead generation campaigns
Email marketing campaigns
SEO, AEO, and AIO initiatives
Develop campaigns for services such as:
Zoho CRM consulting
Zoho One implementation
CRM migration
ERP and finance system migration
Business automation
AI agents and AI business automation
CRM cleanup and optimization
Analytics and dashboards
End-to-end business technology solutions
Manage campaign strategy from beginning to end, including:
Keyword research
Audience research
Competitor research
Ad copywriting
Email copywriting
Landing page recommendations
Campaign structure
Budget planning
Conversion tracking
Performance reporting
Ongoing optimization
Create and improve email marketing campaigns, including:
Lead nurture campaigns
Newsletter campaigns
Reactivation campaigns
Retargeting email campaigns
Follow-up sequences for leads and prospects
Email list segmentation
Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion optimization
Help improve SEO, AEO, and AIO strategy, including:
SEO keyword strategy
AI search visibility
Answer Engine Optimization
Content ideas for Google and AI search tools
Service page optimization
Blog and landing page recommendations
Local and national search strategy
Manage and improve website performance across BoostedCRM.com and Nex.Tech, including:
WordPress page updates and coordination
Landing page improvements
Website conversion optimization
User experience improvements
Calls to action
Lead capture forms
Service page structure
Website messaging
Basic technical SEO coordination
Work with and manage internal or external team members as needed, including:
WordPress developers
PHP developers
UX/UI designers
Graphic designers
Content writers
Marketing support team members
Marketing agencies or freelancers
The Senior Marketing Manager should be able to explain what needs to be changed, create tasks for the right team members, follow up, review the work, and make sure marketing goals are achieved.
Metrics and Reporting
Track and report on important marketing metrics, including:
Cost per lead
Cost per qualified lead
Lead quality
Booked consultation calls
Opportunities created
Campaign ROI
Conversion rate
Keyword performance
Ad performance
Email open rates
Email click-through rates
Landing page performance
Website conversion rate
Channel performance
We care more about lead quality than just lead quantity. The goal is to generate leads that are a strong fit for CRM, Zoho, ERP, automation, AI agents, integrations, analytics, and business technology consulting services.
Bonus Opportunity
This role includes the opportunity to earn bonuses based on marketing performance and lead quality.
Bonus goals may include:
Increasing high-quality inbound leads
Improving cost per qualified lead
Increasing booked consultation calls
Improving landing page conversion rates
Generating qualified opportunities from paid ads, SEO, email, and social media campaigns
Improving campaign ROI
Helping create a repeatable marketing engine for BoostedCRM.com and Nex.Tech
Bonus structure can be reviewed based on clear monthly or quarterly marketing goals agreed with management.
Leadership Growth Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company.
The right person can grow from Senior Marketing Manager into a larger leadership role such as:

CMO / Fractional CMO
As the company grows, this person may help lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand positioning, marketing budget planning, vendor management, content strategy, lead generation strategy, website conversion strategy, and sales/marketing alignment.
We are looking for someone who can start hands-on, prove results, and eventually help lead the marketing direction for both BoostedCRM.com and Nex.Tech.

Email marketing campaigns
SEO strategy
AEO / AI search optimization
Landing page strategy
B2B lead generation
Campaign reporting and optimization
WordPress website management
Website conversion optimization
Working with designers and developers
Experience with CRM, SaaS, consulting, technology services, IT services, AI automation, or professional services marketing is strongly preferred.
Experience marketing Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, ERP, CRM, automation, AI agents, or technology consulting services is a major plus.
Experience with Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing platforms is also a plus.

Compensation and Growth
This role starts as a part-time position at $2,000/month for up to 10 hours per week.
There is also a performance bonus opportunity based on achieving marketing goals, improving lead quality, increasing qualified opportunities, and helping generate better results from our marketing campaigns.
