Video Editor (Remote) – E-commerce Ads

Join a fast-growing pet wellness brand as a dedicated video editor, focused on transforming raw footage, user-generated content, and product shots into compelling short-form ads and persuasive Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that drive sales. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital platforms, ensuring every video is optimized for conversions and brand recognition. This is a long-term, full-time contract opportunity for someone passionate about e-commerce storytelling and video marketing. Deliverables

• Edit and assemble short, high-impact videos and longer VSLs tailored for sales conversion.
• Deliver platform-ready video formats for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, adhering to each platform’s aspect ratios, durations, and compression standards.
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, and subtle branding to ensure consistent brand identity.
• Maintain tight pacing, strong hooks, and clear calls-to-action in every video.
• Provide polished final videos along with editable project files for each deliverable.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form ads and VSLs, ideally for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media video formats, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to add motion graphics, captions, and branding elements seamlessly.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, conversion-focused content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Availability for a full-time, long-term contract.
