In this position you will…

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to strengthen our marketing operations focused on partner collaboration and new business growth. In this role, you will participate in marketing initiatives with key partners, ensuring alignment on joint campaigns, and drive marketing efforts that support sales in lead generation and customer acquisition, especially in the field of insurance online sales.

You will work closely with sales, business development, and external partners to build programs that fuel growth and reinforce our position as a trusted leader in the market. This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on business expansion and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for…

  • Build and manage strong marketing relationships with key partners, co-developing joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual business growth (especially in insurance online sales).
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of partner marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies to support the sales team in acquiring new customers.
  • Create and deliver marketing programs that drive brand visibility, service adoption, and revenue growth across target markets.
  • Work closely with the sales and partner management teams to align marketing activities with business goals and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the creation of marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and lead generation effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the marketing function in key partner meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Ensure all partner and lead generation initiatives are consistent with brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively adjust marketing strategies.

To be successful you will require the following competencies & skills

  • Fluent in English as well as Italian, Dutch, German, French or Spanish.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation.
  • Experience in the insurance, telecommunications, OEM, retail electronics sectors or similar.
  • Experience in insurance online sales will be a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive partner engagement and new customer acquisition.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
