Role Description This full-time, remote Territory Sales Manager role is based in Regional VIC or NSW. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing on-premise and off-premise accounts across the region, including prospecting new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving distribution and visibility for the BLUE SKY DRINKS CO. portfolio. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing sales visits, presenting product ranges, negotiating agreements within guidelines, monitoring sales performance, and identifying local growth opportunities. The role also involves coordinating in-store and venue activations, supporting promotional events, ensuring brand standards are met, and providing feedback from the market to internal teams. The Territory Sales Manager works closely with sales leadership and marketing to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets across the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven sales and territory management experience, preferably in beverages, FMCG, or hospitality-focused industries.
- Customer service orientation, with a track record of delivering excellent account management and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Experience in training or coaching venue and retail staff on product knowledge, brand stories, and selling techniques.
- Sales management capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Whitsundays, QLD hospitality and retail landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, organize schedules efficiently, and prioritize multiple accounts and initiatives.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales reporting systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory as required.
- Experience in beverages, liquor, or hospitality industries and relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are advantageous.
