Job Description

Blue Circle Foods is seeking a Content Creator to bring our message to life on TikTok and Instagram with a reels-first strategy. You will play an important role in growing our brand and helping us to connect with a Gen Z and Millennial audience in a meaningful way.

This is a long-term contract role for 20-30 hours per month, $35-$50 per hour depending on experience. The role is hands-on in content creation and resumes that show no experience in actual content creation will not be considered. Portfolios are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Create content for TikTok and Instagram that is on-message and on-trend

·      Monitor platform trends and report insights to the marketing team

·      Take initiative in identifying and executing content opportunities

·      Build community by responding to and interacting with users on our account

·      Measure content performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

·      1+ years of experience creating content for a brand TikTok or Instagram account

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

·      Advanced knowledge of organic TikTok and Instagram strategy

·      Passion for cooking, culture, and the environment

·      Comfortable in front of the camera

·      Excellent cooking skills

·      Experience with marketing metrics for social media measurement

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      A love for seafood

Preferred Skills:

·      Experience working with brand partnerships

·      Experience with UGC campaigns
