This role is ideal for a skilled educator passionate about empowering real estate professionals to master social media content creation. You will deliver hands-on, practical training to real estate agents, focusing on building their confidence and independence in using Canva, Facebook, and Instagram—especially Reels. The position centers on live, interactive group sessions held virtually twice a week, where you will teach workflows, template usage, short-form video production, and effective caption writing. Occasional one-on-one support and the development of asynchronous training materials may also be required. The goal is to simplify social media processes for non-technical users, enabling agents to maintain a consistent and professional online presence. This is a part-time, fully remote contract role with an estimated commitment of 2–5 hours per week and the potential for long-term collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead two live, virtual group training sessions per week for real estate agents, focusing on Canva, Facebook, and Instagram (with an emphasis on Reels)
- Teach practical workflows, template usage, and content planning strategies tailored to real estate professionals
- Guide agents in creating short-form video content and writing engaging captions for social media
- Provide occasional one-on-one coaching and support as needed
- Develop and update asynchronous training materials and resources for ongoing agent reference
- Foster a supportive, collaborative learning environment that encourages participation and skill development
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices relevant to real estate marketing
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience training or coaching adults, preferably in a virtual group setting
- Strong proficiency with Canva, Facebook, and Instagram, including Reels and content scheduling tools
- Ability to simplify complex processes and teach non-technical users effectively
- Experience in real estate or a similar service-based industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage part-time, remote work independently
- Availability for two live sessions per week and occasional additional support
- Comfortable creating clear, concise training materials and resources
