Role Overview
Bloom Nutrition is looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Community Manager based in the United Kingdom to support our growing presence on TikTok.
This role is 10–15 hours per week and is primarily focused on:
- Creating and posting TikTok content
- Daily community management
- Staying on top of trends and cultural moments
You’ll work closely with our Head of Social & Content to execute TikTok-first content that feels native, timely, and aligned with Bloom’s brand voice.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on TikTok, understands how content performs on the platform, and enjoys engaging directly with a community.

Key Responsibilities
TikTok Content Creation & Publishing
- Create, film, edit, and post short-form TikTok content aligned with Bloom’s brand and current platform trends
- Execute reactive, trend-led content that feels native to TikTok
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence agreed with the social team
Community Management
- Actively engage with the Bloom community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way
- Identify opportunities for creative commenting and cultural participation to increase visibility and engagement
- Monitor sentiment and surface community feedback to the wider team
Trend & Culture Monitoring
- Stay deeply plugged into TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and creator behavior
- Proactively pitch content ideas and trends relevant to Bloom and the wellness space
Performance Awareness
- Monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares)
- Share quick insights on what’s working and why to help refine content direction
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years experience managing TikTok for a brand or creator
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and best practices
- Confident creating short-form video content end-to-end (filming, editing, posting)
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to match brand tone
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a part-time role
- Passion for health, wellness, lifestyle, or creator-led brands
- Experience with CapCut, native TikTok editing tools, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
