What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in elevating BBCS’s brand presence and ensuring our events and marketing efforts run seamlessly.
- Plan, coordinate, and support tradeshows, conferences, and client events—from logistics to on-site execution
- Manage event details including registrations, materials, booth coordination, and internal alignment
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with BBCS branding
- Create and manage marketing collateral and materials that reflect our brand and messaging
- Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, and outreach initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) for team members attending events and client meetings
- Track marketing and sales activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Build familiarity with our client base and the blood banking industry to support meaningful outreach

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail—you don’t let things slip through the cracks
- A natural coordinator who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working behind the scenes to make others successful
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing support, event coordination, or administrative logistics preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, PandaDoc, or similar platforms is a plus
- Exposure to project management tools or structured workflows is beneficial
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25% for tradeshows, conferences, and internal meetings
