We are seeking a Vibe Coder – a rare blend of marketing strategist, automation engineer, and AI workflow architect – to design and implement agentic AI-driven systems that will amplify our marketing output, streamline campaign delivery, and drive measurable business growth.

The Opportunity

This role is about precision-engineered marketing systems, not just posting content. As our Vibe Coder, you will build end-to-end agentic AI workflows that combine:

• Autonomous content generation agents for high-quality, on-brand copy and creative
• Multi-channel publishing agents for automated scheduling across WordPress, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Engagement and outreach agents to activate and nurture our client and candidate networks at scale

Your immediate priorities will be:

1. Content Automation & Orchestration – Deploy AI-driven, high-fidelity workflows that create, refine, and publish content aligned with our brand tone and market positioning.
2. Precision Client Campaigns – Leverage our database of 1,000+ verified hiring managers and decision-makers for targeted outreach and lead nurturing.
3. Candidate Network Activation – Re-engage our 25,000+ digital marketing and technology professionals with intelligent, segmented campaigns.
4. LinkedIn Network Expansion – Create agent-led workflows to engage our combined 60,000+ followers and extend into untapped, high-potential audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain agentic AI marketing systems that run with minimal human intervention but maximum quality control.
• Build automation pipelines with n8n, Make.com, Lindy.ai, and other workflow orchestration platforms.
• Integrate advanced AI models (ChatGPT-5, Anthropic Claude, Sonnet) for ideation, drafting, optimisation, and personalisation of content.
• Configure multi-agent orchestration for research, copywriting, scheduling, and analytics reporting.
• Connect workflows to CRM, EDM, and analytics tools for closed-loop marketing performance tracking.
• Continuously iterate based on conversion metrics, engagement signals, and lead quality.

About You

• Proven experience designing autonomous marketing workflows that deliver measurable ROI.
• Proficiency with automation and orchestration platforms (n8n, Make, Lindy.ai, Zapier, or similar).
• Understanding of agent-based AI concepts and the ability to apply them to marketing and outreach.
• Strong written communication skills – able to guide AI output to meet premium editorial standards.
• Strategic thinker who can align technical execution with commercial growth objectives.
• Experience in recruitment marketing, B2B marketing, or technology sectors is an advantage.
