About the Role
Bettervits is one of the UK’s fastest-growing nutrition brands - driven by science, creativity, and a strong performance marketing engine. We scale by testing fast, iterating constantly, and building ad creative that doesn’t just look good - it converts.
We’re looking for a DTC Video Editor to join our fully remote creative team and support the production of high-performing paid video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
This role is centered on direct-response editing - transforming scripts, UGC and raw footage into clear, compelling ads designed to stop the scroll and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Edit performance video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts using native pacing and platform best practices
- Bring scripts to life through: subtitles and captions, motion graphics and overlays, dynamic sound design and pacing
- Create multiple creative variations to test hooks, structures, visuals, and CTAs
- Work with UGC, voiceover, stock footage and product assets to build scalable ad creatives
- Clean audio, color-correct footage and ensure text and graphics are consistently high quality
- Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance insights
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to hit production timelines
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
✅ Has hands-on experience editing paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce brands
✅ Understands the fundamentals of ad creative structure
✅ Is comfortable working to proven platform best practices for Meta & TikTok
✅ Is proficient using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar tools)
✅ Can confidently create multiple versions of an edit for testing and optimisation
✅ Works efficiently, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of deliverables
