Role Description

This is a remote, contract based role for a Client Acquisition Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include prospecting qualified leads, initiating outreach across multiple channels, building relationships with potential clients, and moving them through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

This role is heavily performance driven and best suited for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and motivated by results.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or lead generation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and close relationships
• Ability to independently manage outreach and pipeline activity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency environments is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)

Compensation & Structure

• Commission based compensation (uncapped earning potential)
• Earned bonuses
• 40 hours per week
• 1099 independent contractor role
• Paid bi-monthly
• Weekly 1 on 1 internal team meetings
• Performance driven role where consistent results are expected

Training & Support

We provide guidance, frameworks, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role. However, this position is best suited for individuals who already have experience in sales and understand how to generate and close opportunities independently.
