This role is responsible for executing various global and regional initiatives by delivering a communications strategy that creatively represents the brand, clearly articulates business messages and emotionally engages stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to define a communication strategy and execute tactical plan to drive internal and external initiatives, including but not limited to marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Develop and execute content calendar for corporate communications that drive employee engagement, elevate the brand and reinforce marketing messaging
- Manage the development and distribution of internal and external newsletters
- Discover and deliver messaging to tell our brand story across audiences including customers, prospects, employees and the meetings & events industry
- Develop creative communication campaigns to showcase key value propositions and services
- Collaborate with the digital team to research, develop and analyse effective methods for distributing multichannel, multiformat communications and continuously optimizing existing content to increase impact and conversion
- Review and proof all communications/content deliverables to ensure accuracy prior to releasing for team/client review
- Work with a cross-functional team of industry experts to help coordinate and execute global blog content as needed
- Support senior leadership in articulating corporate messaging (e.g. talking points, blogs, op-eds and other thought leadership and media opportunities) as needed
- Assist with various PR and digital activity including media relations, social media efforts, industry event participation and award submissions as needed
You’re Good At
- Storytelling and can easily engage an audience through content
- Turning business concepts into creative, engaging communication campaigns
- Conceptualising and developing communications strategies to support marketing and business objectives
- Writing and editing with an ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content
- Building and fostering stakeholder relationships as an internal brand ambassador and empowering other internal brand champions
- Working well under deadlines and efficiently managing competing priorities
- Adapting to change and direction as global business strategy adjusts to market and customer demands
- Communicating with and guiding executive leaders to ensure messaging alignment
- Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and highly collaborative environment (while taking time for having FUN!)
You Might Also Have
- Marketing degree/ qualification
- Experience in Comms in a corporate environment
You Should Know
- This is a UK remote based role with periodic collaboration time in our offices
- Our standard working hours are 9.00 - 5.30 with an hour break, however at times you may need to adjust your working our due to project timelines or collaborating across global teams
- You must have the right to work in the UK
